Thanks for visiting: HelpingJamaica.blogspot.com

There are SO many kids in Jamaica, that literally have nothing but the clothes on their back. We believe that in order for a nation to grow and develop successfully, education is key. We want  to make it a bit easier for the kids by providing them with awesome school supplies..it's not the complete solution  - but it's a start.

As the first of hopefully many missions, we will provide school supplies to kids in Spanish Town, Jamaica by the end of September 2010. With the help of New Life Worship Centre, located in Spanish Town, we will work with the Pastors, Reverend Andrew Steele and Nicholeen Bell to distribute the school supplies to kids within the church and eventually their surrounding community.

Why this Church?
The Pastor has an extraordinary vision for the church and has lived a life that has become a testimony to how great and faithful God is. It would be a blessing to help out members of this church, particularly the kids and to see them grow to positively contribute to their communities in return. (Over 200 kids!!)

Where are they located?
New Life Worship Centre is located at 1A Porthenderson Rd., De La Vega City Spanish Town, Jamaica
